Patented Angle Guide
Set the exact bevel angle from 8 to 22 degrees for each side of the knife (16 to 44 degrees total angle). This lets you sharpen all types of knives, from filleting knives to sturdy chef knives.

Patented Diamond Grinding Wheel
The fine grained diamond grinding wheel sharpens any type of steel. From finer Japanese carbon steels to your everyday stainless knives - and all in between. You can even sharpen your ceramic knives.

Conical Composite Honing Wheel
The conical composite honing wheel allows you to deburr the knife and polish the bevel after sharpening. This provides a sharper and more durable edge. You can also maintain the sharpness of your knives by honing them between sharpenings.
Developed and designed for home use, this qiuet and compact sharpener has a natural place on the kitchen counter. And the best part - even the dullest home cook can get their knives razor sharp again.
We have just one small warning: You will never want to work with dull knives again. So there is a major risk this will become your new favorite gadget!

Tormek T-1 Morakniv 1891 in Linen White
This machine is a design collaboration between the Swedish brands Tormek and Morakniv. With a collective history of over 150 years of making knives, and sharpening them, this machine becomes a tribute to the Swedish quality manufacturing and design tradition. The machine handle is made out of Swedish birch, just as the classic Morakniv handles. It has also gotten the same deep red color, a secret Morakniv recipe. To eternalize the collaboration, the solid zinc housing in Linen White is stamped with the logo of both brands. We hope you’ll enjoy this all-Swedish machine with the heritage it carries for many years to come. Oh, and enjoy your sharp knives, à la minute!
The Tormek T-1 Morakniv 1891 is launched along the relaunch of the highly appreciated kitchen knife series Morakniv Classic 1891. You can purchase the machine as is, or as a bundle with the Morakniv x Tormek collab-branded Morakniv Classic 1891 utility knife. If you already have your Tormek T-1 and just want to get the knife that’s possible too. The Morakniv Utility Knife Classic 1891 is sharpened to 18 degrees per side.
