Free shipping for orders from £ 100. We are delivering with Royal Mail Tracked 24 to Mainland UK which are: England, Wales, Nothern Ireland and Scotland.

You will receice an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

Returns

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order you can do that within 14 days after delivery of the products. This applies for unused products only. Please contact us to get a return-label.

Claims

If there is something wrong with your machine, please do not hesitate to contact us. For all guarantee-issues Tormek will pay for the shipping cost and you will get a label from us.
